Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard set for one month out

The Norwegian will miss around six games for Los Blancos

The injury problems are mounting for Real Madrid coach Martin Odegaard after it was confirmed Martin Odegaard is set to be out for around a month.

Odegaard, who returned from loan spell at Real Sociedad in the summer, picked up a muscle injury while on international duty with Norway last week.

He was not in the squad for Saturday's defeat to Cadiz and tests have now revealed that he's set for four weeks out of action with a calf problem.

However, Sergio Ramos is back in training despite being forced off at the weekend with a knee problem at half-time.

Madrid face Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League on Wednesday and then travel to Barcelona for the Clasico on Saturday.

In addition to Odegaard, Hazard, Carvajal and Odrizola are also out of action for Zidane's Madrid.
