Karim Benzema hit two to put Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey semis with a 3-1 win at Girona (7-3 aggregate) on Thursday.
The French forward, who scored two against Espanyol last weekend, is in red-hot form and Eusebio Sacristan's men paid the price at Montilivi.
Pere Pons pulled a goal back after Benzema's double, but Marcos Llorente extended Madrid's lead again on the night.
The semi-final draw takes place at the Benito Villamarin stadium in Seville, where the final will be held, on Friday at 1.30pm CET.
