English clubs have ganged up on Man City to try and keep them out of the Champions League, according to the Daily Mail.
The English newspaper claims that the top 10, bar City and Sheffield United, have sent an application to CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), who will look at City’s appeal against their penalty for FFP (financial fair play) violations.
They have asked for City’s punishment to be maintained while the appeal takes place, if the English champions eventually ask for it to be put on hold.
“The feeling is that enough is enough,” a source told the Mail. “For too long, City have been able to get away with breaching the rules at the expense of at least one other club that has been unable to get into the Champions League.

“The fear is that they will be able to delay any punishment and — should they win the appeal — get off scot-free, which would be outrageous.”
