Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has once again praised Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
Asked by a journalist about Kylian Mbappe and Arsene Wenger's suggestion that the Paris Saint-Germain forward could reach the same level, Guardiola gave a clear response.
"Nobody can sit at the same table as Messi,” said Guardiola, adding that "Mbappe is a top player, he will be an outstanding player, I’m pretty sure of that."
The Man City coach continued: "But to equal what Messi has done in 10 or 12 years, or Cristiano (Ronaldo), for example, we have to wait. I appreciate Mbappe wouldn’t like me to put more pressure on his shoulders.
