Chelsea were given reprieve on Friday with their transfer window ban halved to one window - which they already served in the summer.
That means Frank Lampard’s team can sign players in the January window.
They were initially given the ban for signing young players but the Court of Arbitration for Sport said they committed only a third of the violations that FIFA found.

“The violations of other RSTP (Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players) rules were found to be less serious than those attributed to Chelsea by FIFA,” said CAS in a statement.
