Thiago Alcantara has already said his goodbyes to his Bayern Munich teammates ahead of a move to Liverpool. This is according to the British newspaper the 'Express'. The Spanish international is currently in Lisbon and preparing for a semi-final appearance against Lyon.
The British outlet is echoing the information given by German journalist Patrick Strasser. According to him, Thiago informed his teammates of his imminent move following the 8-2 drubbing of Barcelona in the quarter-finals.
Liverpool are the overwhelming favourites to sign Thiago but a transfer fee has yet to be agreed. Bayern want €40m. The midfielder has already said farewell to the Bayern players who didn't make the trip to Lisbon and now it appears only a matter of time before he ends up on Merseyside.
