Barcelona are working on bringing in a striker in January to join Dani Alves and Ferran Torres as the club’s reinforcements.
Xavi is keen on Alvaro Morata but the deal is complex with Juve not keen on letting him go. Esport3 say another option that Barcelona have been looking at is Elche striker Lucas Boye.
The Argentine forward is having his second season with the east coast side, who in the summer bought him from Torino after loaning him last season. He has 14 goals in 52 games, six in 16 appearances in this campaign.
Previously Boye had experience with Celta Vigo, although did not net for them.
