After the signings of Elise Bussaglia (Wolfsburg) and Natasa Andonova (PSG), Barça femenino announced on Thursday their third signing of the summer: Toni Duggan, from Manchester City.
The England international forward -- who will play at the European Championships in Holland this month -- is the player chosen by Barça to take the place left by Jenni Hermoso, who left for Paris Saint-Germain, although she can also play wide.
Duggan has signed a deal until June 2019 after spending the last four seasons with Man City, who she joined from Everton.
The British player, 25, is a powerful forward who has good technique, is good with both feet and scores a lot of goals -- all of which represents good news for the new project led by Fran Sanchez.
