Joan Laporta was the first of the three candidates for the Barcelona presidency to vote on Sunday and he spoke to the media afterward.

Feelings: "The sensations are good. I've come out to vote and the sun's come up. I hope it will be a great day for democracy. It's a shame we can't spend the day closer to the Barcelona fans because of the coronavirus."

If he wins: "We have the best project to tackle the most important challenge of our lives. We want Barça to be sustainable again and to never stop being fan-owned. We've had a great campaign."

Osasuna win, Ilaix goal: "I am really proud of La Masia. Now we have to go to Paris and compete and dignify the club's image. The wins from the men's and women's teams yesterday were the precursor to a great celebration of democracy today."

Messi's future: "(If you win, will you call Jorge Messi tomorrow?) Why tomorrow? I can speak later, the night is long..."
