Lionel Messi only needed 45 minutes to see off Nicaragua as Argentina warmed up for the Copa America with a 5-1 win on Friday.
Messi scored twice in two first-half minutes before coming off at half time to allow Argentine to give minutes to everyone ahead of the start of the Copa America this month.
Lautaro Martinez added two more after the break for the Albiceleste and Roberto Pereyra was also on target, with a stoppage-time penalty from Juan Barrera pulling one back for Nicaragua.
Argentina's Copa America campaign gets underway next Saturday against Colombia in Salvador de Bahía (Brazil) as they look to help Messi win an international trophy.
