Xavi puts a date on Ansu Fati's return

Ansu Fati’s return each day draws closer. Xavi confirmed on Saturday that the forward’s feelings are good, that he’s training completely with the group and he will be in the squad on May 1 against Real Mallorca barring any surprises.

“If everything goes well he’ll be there for the next game, against Mallorca. He’s totally with the group. It’s a very positive note for us and he can help us a lot,” said Xavi.

The club and staff are moving carefully and taking no risks, but optimism is invited from the last few days.

Ansu Fati is feeling better and better and it will be good to see him back on the pitch as a substitute against Mallorca.
