What would happen if PSG didn't turn up for the UCL clash?

PSG are set to travel on Tuesday morning, the day before Wednesday’s clash, but there is an air-traffic control strike

A strike among French controllers that will stretch until Friday has threatened many flights and airports, including Barcelona’s. Among them is PSG’s flight to the Catalan capital for the Champions League last 16 clash with the Blaugrana.

PSG are set to travel on Tuesday morning, the day before Wednesday’s clash. If, hypothetically, PSG could not make it to Camp Nou, the first measure would be to put the game back one day, as explained in article 26 of UEFA’s rule book.

This would be an easy solution but if PSG’s no-show was deemed unreasonable then there may be a punishment. In Article 27 it says that then ‘the game would be lost and the club would be disqualified with a fine of 350,000 euros’. The case would pass into UEFA’s committee of control, ethics and discipline.
