Villarreal's Italian midfielder Roberto Soriano is reportedly a target for Ernesto Valverde's Barcelona this month.
Accorinding to Football-Italia.net, who cite Eleven Sports journalist Mateusz Swiecicki, talks have already opened regarding a move for the player.
They say that Soriano's family have confirmed the negotiations.
The midfielder, born in Germany, was at Sampdoria before joining Villarreal last summer, scoring 10 goals in his debut season in Spain.
