Ernesto Valverde has picked the same side which beat Real Betis last weekend for Sunday's game against Osasuna in Pamplona.
The 5-2 win, with two goals from Antoine Griezmann, left the Barcelona coach little choice but to back the same players for the third game of the campaign.
Ter Stegen is in goal, Semedo, Piqué, Lenglet and Jordi Alba make up the back four, Sergio Busquets, De Jong and Sergi Roberto continue in midfield and Rafinha, Griezmann and Carles Pérez are paired in attack.
That means that Ivan Rakitic is once again left on the bench. The Croatian has now been a substitute in each of Barça's three league games this season. He came on in the loss at Athletic Bilbao but didn't feature at all against Betis.
Ansu Fati, the 16-year-old forward who debuted last weekend, is also on the bench.
