A new twist in the tale. According to TV3, Barcelona president Joan Laporta has told Ronald Koeman that he is looking to replace him.
The president is said to have asked Koeman for a fortnight to find a new coach. And if he does not, then Koeman will stay on for next season.
Koeman met with Laporta on Tuesday night at Camp Nou, accompanied by his agent Rob Jansen, and came out of the meeting with the feeling that the club was trying to earn time to replace him.
There have been various stories about his future since, with Jansen telling SER that he thought Koeman was set to stay.
