Uruguay are preparing for two friendlies against Peru on Oct. 11 and Oct. 15 but they will be without star striker Luis Suarez for the fixtures.
Coach Oscar Tabárez has explained that Suarez was left out following a medical recommendation from Barcelona. He suggested he was happy with the decision and that players are not machines who should be forced to play all the time.
Suarez is back playing again for Barcelona but missed three games earlier this season with a thigh problem. He's been training in Catalonia this week.
