Eintracht Frankfurt's Serbian striker Luka Jovic could be the subject of a new war between Real Madrid and Barcelona. Following the German press' claim that Barça have an agreement with Jovic, Bild have now reported that Real Madrid are also interested in the frontman and will make an offer of 45 million euros.

But the German club say they know nothing of that offer. "There's nothing," said Frankfurt's press chief, Jan Strasheim.

Jovic has not commented on the issue. In the past he has confirmed offers, though, but suggested he wanted to remain at Frankfurt: "If we reach the Champions League, I'm sure I won't leave," he said several months ago.

OWNERS

German media highlight that Frankurt still don't own Jovic. The forward is on loan from Benfica, although the Bundesliga club do have an option to buy for 12 million euros which they plan to exercise. After that, let's see if they end up making big money on him.
