A new element has entered in the negotiations between Barcelona and Real Betis for the loan of Rafinha. With everything on track, the Paco Alcacer loan to Dortmund has spoiled the Rafinha deal.

Why? One of the conditions in the deal for the Brazilian midfielde that Betis did not like was the obligation to buy him for 30 million euros, later lowered to 25m.

Betis did not want to sign that because it was too risky but on Tuesday they were open to renegotiating this.

DIFFERENT TO PACo

Barcelona agreed a deal with Dortmund in which the German side do not have to buy Alcacer if they do not want to. That has annoyed the Andalusians.

This means the deal will take longer than planned or even fall through altogether if the clubs don't see eye to eye.
