Quique Setien was expected to lean on La Masia and restore Barcelona's identity and he has started off in that fashion.

La Masia is smiling once more with the 61 coach at the reins. Barcelona started the game with six cantera graduates on the pitch - Sergi Roberto, Pique, Alba, Busquets and Messi, along with Ansu Fati.

Then Riqui Puig came on from the bench to replace Rakitic in the second half, helping to create the only goal for Leo Messi, with Carles Perez also replacing Ansu. Eight cantera players in total against Granada. A good start for Quique Setien.
