Paris Saint Germain and Barcelona are negotiating over Ousmane Dembele. They are best placed to sign the winger from Barcelona in January, SPORT have learned.

With 24 hours until the market closes the Catalans are in contact with the French club’s staff.

Dembele’s agent Moussa Sissoko gave the green light to Mateu Alemany to get in contact with PSG director Leonardo over a transfer.

Despite Dembele saying he has wanted to stay, the club want him to leave because he won’t sign a new contract and his deal expires in the summer.

If Barcelona sell him then they will be able to loan Aubameyang from Arsenal. According to sources in France, Dembele has an agreement with PSG already, it’s just the clubs that have to agree on a fee.
