Paris Saint Germain will challenge FC Barcelona over the signing of Hector Bellerin. The Spanish right back, who currently plays for Arsenal, is someone Thomas Tuchel likes a lot as he looks to strengthen the Champions League runners up's squad.
Arsenal are willing to let Bellerin go for around €35m but PSG are keen to push the price down. The English club want to balance their books in order to fund a move for another central midfielder.
