It's now official: Albert Roca is returning to Barça. He will occupy the same position he held under Rijkaard's time at the club (2003-2008) and is Barça's new fitness coach.
The news isn't all too surprising as Roca was spotted meeting with Ronald Koeman at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper on Tuesday.
All that needs to be resolved was releasing Roca from his contract with Hyderabad.
Barça thanked Hyderabad for their cooperation in allowing Roca to join up with Koeman at the Camp Nou.
Roca joins Alfred Schreuder and Henrik Larson as new members of Koeman's coaching staff.
