With La Liga decided, there is one game to go. Frenkie de Jong may return after injury, having appeared as a late substitute against Osasuna. He needs minutes under his belt ahead of the Champions League.

Alaves have nothing to play for either after securing survival at Real Betis on Thurday.

A calf injury kept De Jong out at the crucial stage of the season for around a month, suffering the injury against Mallorca in the first game back following the coronavirus break. He missed seven games (Sevilla, Athletic, Celta, Atlético de Madrid, Villarreal, Espanyol and Osasuna - where he featured as a sub).

Before the break he was crucial for Ernesto Valverde and Setien. He has played 39 games this season, 28 in La Liga, 7 in the Champions League, 3 in the Copa del Rey and 1 in the Spanish Super Cup.
