Nelson Semedo was the big news from Wednesday morning's training session taken on by FC Barcelona. The defender met his team-mates and got into action for the first time after joining the club from Benfica.
The Portuguese has spent a few days in the Algarve before linking up with Ernesto Valderde's side, but gave up the rest of his holidays so he could go on the club's USA tour. He played in the Confederations Cup with Portugal so had more time off.
