One of the busiest men in this transfer window, Mino Raiola, has revealed the news that will come as a surprise to no one: Matthijs de Ligt has agreed personal terms with Juventus.
The agent, who spoke with Dutch newspaper 'De Telegraaf', said: "All that's missing is an agreement between Juventus and Ajax on the fee." It seems unlikely that will be a problem and with it, we'd bring a close to one of the longest-running transfer sagas of the summer.
De Ligt was expected to join his best friend Frenkie de Jong at Barcelona but it soon became clear that the offer - and money - from Juventus was too good to turn down.
Juventus angered Ajax by offering just €50m last week. The Dutch side insist they want closer to €75m, the fee they'd agreed with both Barça and PSG for de Ligt.
