Barcelona star Lionel Messi received his fifth European Golden Shoe award on Tuesday at an event in the Catalan city.
Messi won it for the first time in 2009-10, and has since won it in 2010-11, 2012-13, 2016-17 and now 2017-18.
The Argentine, who scored 34 goals in La Liga to win the prize last season, is the only person to have won it on five occasions.
This time, he narrowly beat Liverpool's Mo Salah (32 goals) and Tottenham's Harry Kane (30 goals).
Messi was presented the award at the Antigua Fábrica Damm by José Ignacio Gallardo, the director of Marca, the Spanish member of the European Sports Media who preside over the prize.
