After Marco Verratti and Héctor Bellerín, the third name on Barça's list this summer is Dani Ceballos. The under-21 international who plays for Real Betis is one of the hottest names in Spain after being named MVP at the European U-21 Championship in Poland in June. His price is not that excessive in the current market because he has a release fee of €15 million.

As a result, Barça seem ready to make a move for him but only if they are convinced the player also wants to move to Barça. His representatives, Bahía Internacional, have a meeting planned with Betis in the middle of this week where they will explain the player's plans.

In recent days, Atletico Madrid have joined Real Madrid in showing an interest in the player. Real are even prepared to pay €20 million and loan him to Betis for a year, an offer Barça are not prepared to match. Financially it is not a problem but if Barça were sign the player he would be expected to join the first team squad immediately.
