Luis Suarez, who scored twice against Deportivo in a 4-0 win, spoke after the game. He said that winning the Clasico next Saturday "would give us a boost in the competition although there are other rivals like Atletico and Valencia".
Suarez added: "We had a good game and we were able to get the three points, which is what we wanted."
When asked about the 26 times Barcelon have hit the woodwork, he said: "We try to get it in, but sometimes it's difficult. Sometimes the posts help us and sometimes they hurt us."
