Former Barcelona striker Luis Suarez, who won the Ballon d’Or in 1960, spoke about Paco Alcacer.
“He’s a box player,” he said. “If you put him out to one side, he gets lost. I saw he was a bit anxious. He wants to do things but in the end can’t do anything. He has to be calmer.”
Regarding Arda Turan, he said: “This year he’s doing well, more certain, calmer. He plays well in any position and scores important goals.”
Suarez didn’t enjoy Barcelona’s 2-1 win over Borussia Monchengladbach much. “It was a strange game. In the first half they played worse but was when they had more clear chances. Luis Enrique made a mistake at the start, his changes helped.”
