FC Barcelona continue to lead the headlines in Italian newspapers. Whilst Lionel Messi's situation is world news, Luis Suarez's future is heavily linked with a move to Juventus. However, that deal could now be in jeopardy.
Yesterday it was revealed that Suarez might need an EU passport to complete a move to Juve but 'Il Corriere Dello Sport' now say Messi's u-turn at Barça could see Suarez stay at the Camp Nou instead.
Although Ronald Koeman has told Suarez he isn't part of his plans next season, they believe Leo could influence the club's decision. It's no secret that Suarez and Messi are close friends and if could be an olive branch from the club to ensure there are no hard feelings.
Leo's future remains unknown but it's appearing more and more likely he will have to spend at least another 12 months at the Camp Nou. Barça refuse to let him leave for anything below his €700m buyout clause.
