José María Giménez and Lucas Hernández, Atletico Madrid defenders, stepped up their recoveries from injury and trained on the grass ahead of next weekend's clash against Barcelona.
The pair suffered knocks against Borussia Dortmund and missed the Athletic Bilbao game which Atletico won 3-2.
With nine days to go before Atletico host Barca at the Wanda Metropolitano, they are expected to be fit.
However Diego Godin is practically ruled out for the clash, while Diego Costa is a doubt with a foot problem and Jan Oblak didn't train either, although he will face Barca.
