Lionel Messi isn't content with simply conquering the footballing world but he's now set his sights on the fashion business. This Thursday, at Paseo de Gracia, presented his new clothing range which is creativity named: 'Messi'. His sister, Maria Sol, is responsible for the project and his brother, Rodrigo, didn't want to miss a special occasion for the family.
"It's a dream come true," Maris Sol Messi told the crowd. "Fashion is what I like the most, ever since I was a child, and it was always a dream of mine to be involved with a clothing brand. I studied a lot to dedicate myself to this profession. When an opportunity such as this one presents itself, you have to take advantage of it."
Messi didn't speak at the event but was greeted by hundreds of fans who were desperate to catch a glimpse of the superstar.
