Arturo Vidal's move to Inter Milan will be confirmed imminently. The Chilean is already in Italy and he'll soon pass his medical and put pen to paper on his new contract. Ronald Koeman made it clear Vidal wouldn't be part of his plans for this season.
With his transfer all but confirmed, Leo Messi took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message towards his former teammate. "I knew you from the times we faced each other and you always seemed like a phenomenal person. But after being lucky enough to get to know you personally, you surprised me even more. We shared a lot of things together during these two years and you left your mark, the dressing room will miss you Arturo Vidal. I wish you nothing but the best for this new chapter at your new club. We'll cross paths again, I'm sure of it."
Vidal will sign a two-year contract with Inter and the initial fee is said to be around €1m, plus other bonus-related payments. He is already in Milan and should be announced as an Inter player as soon as Monday.
