Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta didn't go around the houses when asked about the opening goal in the 2-0 win against Malaga.
Gerard Deulofeu opened the scoring from a Lucas Digne cross, but the ball had gone out of play before the French full-back passed it.
“It seems as if the ball went out of play but I have not seen anything yet,” Iniesta said.
“These decisions have to be taken in a matter of seconds and [the referee] decided it hadn’t gone out.
“It was a positive for us because it ended in a goal... but I understand that Malaga could be upset with the decision.”
Iniesta sealed the win in the second half with a deflected goal, his first effort in La Liga since 2015.
"It was a game we predicted wouldn't be easy, we know Malaga have always given us difficult game so it's an important win," he added.
"There are different phases in games, but the important thing is to win. The sensations are good and now we need to keep improving."
