Enric Masip says it's "normal" Barça president Laporta has Koeman doubts

First Joan Laporta uploaded a message on social media -- "we know what we have to do and we will fix it -- and now the Barcelona president's advisor has spoken to Esport3.

Enric Masip, a retired handball player, was asked by the journalists on the show Onze about Ronald Koeman's future as Barça coach.

Masip confirmed that Koeman still has credit "because he is the manager of Barça," but when asked about Laporta's opinion, he added: "It's normal to have doubts."

He added: "I have my opinion but those that make the sporting decisions understand. My opinion is mine, I give it and they listen, but the most valid opinion is the one of the sporting director and the director of football."

On Laporta's doubts, he only said: "When you see things aren't working, it's normal to have doubts."

Masip continued: "If the coach is in his role it's because he has the confidence to continue. There's the sensation that (Laporta and Koeman) are in confrontation but they're not. The relationship is cordial. They get on well."
