Emerson Royal has spoken about making the move to Barcelona this summer while with the Brazilian national team.
"I know that Barcelona have spoken with Real Betis, where I have been on loan, to communicate that they want to bring me back," the right-back confirmed.
"My loan ends at the end of the season, so from July 1 I am a Barcelona player and my desire to fulfil the three-year contract I have there."
Emerson, 22, is convinced that the moment has arrived to take a shot at the Barça first team.
"For me, it's a dream to play for Barcelona," he added. "And that chance has arisen thanks to hard work, dedication and my evolution at Betis. I am really happy."
