Edinson Cavani the chosen one, if he can stay fit

Barcelona’s priority in January is to add goalscoring power to their squad. The Blaugrana will bet on a winger with goals most likely, with Ferran Torres in favour, plus a centre forward. The market is not offering too many opportunities, with goalscorers worth their weight in gold.

The one option is Edinson Cavani, at Manchester United. He is likely going to be able to walk away from the club in the coming weeks. He has been suffering from a troublesome tendon injury which has ruled him out for most of the season so far. 

Barcelona, if they think Cavani is over that, will move for him. It seems like he is improving and Barcelona are keeping a close eye on it.
