Gavi, Yusuf Demir and Alejandro Balde all made their first appearances in the Champions League, coming on as second half substitutes.
Gavi, 17, and Demir, 18, both came on with half an hour to play after Bayern had made it 2-0 in the European game at Camp Nou on Tuesday.
Later, when Jordi Alba pulled up injured having been a doubt pre-game, Balde, 18, came on at left-back.
Demir is the only one of the three with a first team shirt number, while Gavi and Balde are still registered with the B team, who they played for at the weekend.
