Philippe Coutinho, the Barcelona target, has passed a medical in Río de Janieiro this Monday. SPORT has learnt that the medical was carried out by Dr Michael Simoni, a traumatologist who specialises in sports medicine.
The midfielder who has not played for Liverpool this season due to a back injury visited the doctor together with his Cristiano.
Coutinho, as SPORT reported, has left Liverpool and everything suggests he will not return to Anfield after the international break. It is not clear if this visit to the doctor has anything to do directly with his potential transfer to Barça.
