Martin Braithwaite, the Leganes forward, trained as normal on Wednesday. The Danish international turned up at the training ground for the session with Mexican coach Javier Aguirre. As talks about his future continue, he continues to prepare for this weekend's game.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are in talks with Leganes with the hope of reaching an agreement over a transfer rather than paying the release clause. However, if they can't strike a deal on Wednesday, they will deposit the release clause, around 18 million euros, with La Liga later in the day.
The signing of Braithwaite is on the final straight. Leganes hope that La Liga will give them permission to sign a replacement, too. They would only be able to sign someone already in Spain or a player without a club.
