FC Barcelona have come out to deny reports from 'Sky Italia' which says that the club must give Adrien Rabiot compensation after failing to secure his transfer to the Camp Nou.
Sources close to Barça insist there is no such pact with the player. The media outlet claims there is a written agreement between the two parties which comes into effect when Rabiot's contract expires on 1st July.
This alleged deal was included during talks between Rabiot and Barça last summer.
Rabiot is expected to reveal his new club in the next few days with Juventus favourites to land the midfielder.
Barça have distanced themselves from Rabiot since last summer and the player's agent has held talks with a host of clubs around Europe. PSG forced him to train with the reserve side after it became clear he wouldn't sign a new deal with them.
