Looking far more solid than he did a few months ago. There have been no known off-field indiscretions recently and perhaps that has helped his form. Scored the third with a good header.

Flew into tackles with relish, as is his wont. A couple of them weren't strictly legitimate. Was beaten by Ghilas too easily in the first half.

Reached the byline several times and was a constant danger down the left. In a patch of fine form.

Not the busiest game for the defensive midfielder and kept things moving when the ball came his way.

A delightful through-ball for Pedro's goal and also cracked the post with a powerful drive. Subbed for Xavi.

Still yet to find his place in Lucho's set up, but played with a swagger that was noted by Cordoba manager Miroslav Dukic.
