Lionel Messi is now in Dubai. The Barcelona star has taken advantage of two days off given to the players by coach Quique Setien to travel to the Middle Easy for promotional work.
It's a trip that has been planned for a while but Messi has been waiting for a period of downtime to do it. Barça's KO from the Copa del Rey has made it possible this week.
Messi will fulfill some of his commitments as an ambassador for Expo 2020, which will be carried out in the city between Oct. 20, 2020 and Apr. 10, 2021.
The Argentine forward had previously filmed some videos to promote the event, which will feature over 130 nations from across five continents.
