Finally some good news.
FC Barcelona will register Memphis and Eric García on Saturday, meaning both new signings will be available for the league opener against Real Sociedad on Sunday evening. The game is due to be played at Camp Nou at 8pm.
In recent days, there have been growing fears that the club would not manage to register the players in time for the first game of the season. However, despite the fact that the likes of Umtiti and Pjanic are still on the club's books, SPORT understands that both Memphis and Eric García will be officially registered on Saturday.

The currently-injured Sergio Aguero will be registered at a later date. Since he arrived on a free transfer, the player doesn't need to be registered immediately according to LaLiga rules.
