Ansu Fati has been named in Barcelona's squad for Sunday's game against Levante at Camp Nou to bring 10 months of pain to an end.

Ansu, 18, has not played since he injured the meniscus in his knee in the 5-2 win over Real Betis last November. He's required several operations to get back.

Since then, he's inherited the No.10 shirt from the departed Lionel Messi and he's now ready to make his return to competitive action against Levante this weekend.

Coach Ronald Koeman won't rush him, though, and says he's only ready to play a "maximum of 15 minutes" for now.

Ansu's return increases Barça's options in attack, although they are still without the injured Ousmane Dembele, Sergio Aguero and Martin Braithwaite.

Also missing this weekend through injury are Pedri and Jordi Alba, while Frenkie de Jong is suspended.

Barça squad: Ter Stegen, Neto, Iñaki Peña, Dest, Piqué, Araujo, Busquets, Riqui Puig, Memphis, Ansu Fati, Demir, Coutinho, Lenglet, Luuk de Jong, Sergi Roberto, Mingueza, Umtiti, Eric Garcia, Gavi and Nico.
