Barcelona have decided that Carles Aleña will have a shirt number with the B team but once he has recovered fully from his injury he will only be a first team player.
Aleña returned from a tendon injury in Barça B's win over Sabadell last weekend and will play for the reserves once again this Sunday.
However, Ernesto Valverde says he will be with the first team for good once he has proven his match fitness.
"It's possible that on Sunday he's with the B team, but the intention from the start has been for him to help the B team in these first few games after his injury, but not continuously," the coach said.

"[The plan is not for him] to be jockeying between the B team and the first team. Once these few games are out the way, he's a first team player in every sense. If he's not with us gor a game, he won't be with the B team."
