Barcelona are working on the squad for next season, but Adama Traore will not be in it. The Catalan winger arrived in January on loan from Wolverhampton.

When the deal was sealed there was a non obligatory 30m euros buy clause but Barcelona will not activate it. Wolves, meanwhile, are not keen on keeping Trincao either, who is on loan there.

Adama started well when he arrive but Ousmane Dembele has won the spot back on the right wing and may stay.

Adama was sad not to feature against Mallorca and had to be consoled after.

Despite Xavi’s praise for Adama, the club aren’t going to buy him and are hoping to sign Raphinha from Leeds United.
